In 2019 the Coalition worked with the Urban Land Institute to create a broad plan for development on the corridor
Starting in 2020, the Coalition for Smart Growth commissioned a series of reports to build the Mt Comfort Corridor Strategic Plan. These reports included: a future Land Use Plan; a Housing Gap Analysis; and recommendations on next steps. Also included is a Business Retention & Expansion Action Plan and some sample Target Industry Analyses.
